Engineer jailed for filming up girls skirt
An engineer who filed up the skirt of a 16-year-old-girl, taking
pictures of her undergarments with his cellphone, was
jailed for three weeks yesterday.
Ng .. , 29, admitted intruding on the girl with the intention of
insulting her modesty at Novena MRT station on June 1 last

short skirt, was leaning against a glass panel in the train station
after passing the gantry.
Ng approached her from the back and placed his Nokia cellphone
under her skirt and recorded a video clip of her
undergarments.
The station manager saw Ng squatting down to take the shots of the
girls undergarments.
